This focuses more on what they are buying into then what our business has to offer.

About Us:
The focus on this page is what we have to offer as a business. Besides the resale office we have in- house escrow that makes the process much easier. We explain how to find us and how convenient we are located. There is a brief biography on our agents as whole. Again, we welcome them to coming in and trusting us with an important decision.

Activities:
Foremost are pictures of the outdoor concert hall featuring Mr. Hank and Friends, inside of the gymnasium, and outside of a recreational building. Also included is a detailed list of the varied activities and categorized according to types.

Buying into SEAL BEACH LEISURE WORLD is different from the regular world since it is a Stock cooperative. To buy, verification of assets is required for qualification. Features:

Leisure World is no more than 30 minutes from the major airports, popular amusement parks, critically acclaimed theatres, restaurants, shopping malls, and movies.

Leisure World offers variations of both one and two bedroom floor plans. From a list on the page, viewers can click on an image to view each standard floor plan drawing. Also noted is the square footage of the interior and the patio. Enclosing the patio to enlarge the indoor living space has expanded many units.

History:
Takes us back to time when a building developer had a dream come true. This page takes us back to the nostalgia of the beginnings and how things came about. The "History" section goes on to explain the funding process, the timeline and about the "Golden Rain Foundation Board." There is an interesting paragraph explaining how the name "Golden Rain" came from a tree in New Orleans. The developer's dream of a Leisure World is truly a success story.
